TEKNOLAB END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital sound materials (“Samples”) purchased or downloaded from Teknolab.cz (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Samples, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:


1. LICENSE GRANT Teknolab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the Samples in your own musical compositions, live performances, and audiovisual projects. You may: • Use the Samples for both personal and commercial purposes. • Release, sell, or monetize your own music that includes the Samples. • Modify, process, or combine the Samples within your compositions.

2. RESTRICTIONS You may not: 1. Resell, share, lease, lend, distribute, or sublicense any Teknolab Samples — whether original, modified, or layered. 2. Include any Teknolab Samples (even modified) in another sample pack, loop library, soundset, plugin preset, or similar product. 3. Upload or distribute the Samples on peer-to-peer, torrent, or file-sharing sites. 4. Use the Samples to train or feed artificial intelligence (AI) or machine-learning models. 5. Claim authorship of the Samples or represent them as your own original sound design. 6. Use the Samples in any way that violates copyright law or infringes third-party rights. 

3. OWNERSHIP All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Samples remain the exclusive property of Teknolab.cz. You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the sounds themselves.

4. COMMERCIAL USE You may freely use Teknolab Samples in commercial music releases, live sets, streaming, or film/game projects. You retain 100% of the revenue from your compositions — Teknolab does not claim any royalties or ownership.

5. MODIFICATIONS & DERIVATIVE WORKS You may modify, edit, or process the Samples creatively within your productions. However, such modifications do not grant you the right to sell or redistribute the resulting sounds as new samples or libraries. If the origin of the sound remains recognizable as a Teknolab Sample, it is still covered by this license.

6. TERMINATION This license is valid indefinitely unless terminated. It will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all Teknolab Samples and derivatives from your devices.

7. LIABILITY Teknolab.cz is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of its Samples. All products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.
